Fishing report for January 12, 2011

Today was another great day on the water. We had to brave some cold conditions and lots of slick roads but in the end it paid off with 5 fish by noon between two of us. We let go a 14lb hatchery buck, lost a couple more and I took home a beautiful hatchery doe around 12lbs… The river is in great shape with fish all throughout, we only worked over 5 runs for the fish we got today. It seems like the fishing is only getting better the last few days and with the big snow pack the river should stay in shape for a while…
