We are having an excellent season so far with sturgeon being our main target. The past few weeks have been great for big fish, lots of 6-8 footers and the occasional 9 plus. Some of the battles have been epic with many great fish stories being created. I think I could safely say that all of our guests this season have gone away with great memories. Our reports have been far and few between so I apologize for that, but these days is all about Instagram and facebook, which we have both and post daily. This season is playing out a little different than what most of our clients are use to, we are running a smaller team this year so we already have many sold out days for 2019. Weekends are getting very thin and some weeks are completely sold out. If you are planning or even thinking about fishing with us in September, October please contact the office and check on dates ASAP so that we can fit you in. Hope to see you in 2019.
We are currently offering guided fishing trips from Mission, Harrison and Hope. Our Mission trips are most popular as there are more fish per mile in this area than any other region of the Fraser. We can access the Chilliwack , Harrison and Stave Rivers from this location. September and October are the very two best months for fishing in Mission so if you are looking for a trip, this would be a great time.
We are not expecting allot of salmon fishing opportunites but we should get a good run of Pink salmon starting in late August through September. There is also a pretty good coho fishery beginning early September and of course the Harrison River Coho, Chum and Pink Salmon in middle to late September through until late October. So not all bad news in the salmon fishery, also the west coast is back open and fishing has been great. We offer daily trips our of Vancouver if your after Chinook Salmon.
Vic and Renee have been busy in the Fraser Canyon doing their Canyon Adventure trips. So far we have had many epic battles and great weather. We only have two weekend dates available for 2019. Sunday September 28 and Sunday October 6. Vic also has a few week days, just shoot us an e-mail and we can see what we have left.
